TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCTS & FREE GIFTS

Free Gifts Are Promotional Only: Products priced at ₹0 are offered only as part of promotional campaigns and are valid only when automatically applied at checkout. They are not available for direct purchase.
Product Is Not a Standalone Purchase: If a product appears as ₹0 due to a website glitch and not through an active promotional offer, Zeraki Soaps reserves the right to cancel the entire order or ship only the valid paid products. Multiple quantities of such ₹0 items added manually will not be fulfilled.
No Mixing with Other Products: If a ₹0 product is manually added to the cart along with paid items without being part of an eligible offer, only the paid products may be shipped. The ₹0 product will be treated as invalid and will not be dispatched.
Single Unit Policy on Free Gifts: Only one unit of a free gift will be shipped per eligible order, even if multiple ₹0 items are added. Adding additional units does not guarantee multiple free gifts.
Order Review & Cancellation Rights: Zeraki Soaps reserves the right to cancel or partially fulfil any order containing ₹0 items added outside of valid promotional logic. Such orders may be flagged as invalid or misuse.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable: All free gifts or ₹0 promotional products are final-sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law or in cases of damage during delivery.

SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW & INDIAN JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and your use of zerakisoaps.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the website, or any purchase made through the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, subject to applicable law.
