Shipping & Order Policy

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select Indian PIN codes.

A shipping charge of ₹50 will apply to COD orders.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Surat Gujarat through our designated courier partners.

Please allow the following estimated delivery time after your order is confirmed:

  • Domestic Orders: 5–14 business days

Deliveries are generally made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, you may request delivery to an alternative recipient, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbour. Zeraki Soaps shall not be responsible for orders received or signed for by an alternative recipient on your behalf.

Any shortage, damage, leakage, or other issue with your order must be reported to our customer service team on the day of delivery.

Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on the product, packaging, size, weight, volume, destination, and other applicable factors. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order & Shipping Policy

1. Quantity Restrictions

Customers may purchase a maximum of 5 units per SKU through the product page or cart.

For quantities exceeding this limit, customers must place their order through the Bulk Order Page or contact Zeraki Soaps at support@zerakisoaps.com.

2. High-Value Orders — Above ₹5,000

For orders exceeding ₹5,000, customers may be required to contact us at support@zerakisoaps.com or place the order through our Bulk Order Page for further processing.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹5,000 may be subject to applicable shipping charges, which shall be borne by the customer.

  • Customers may contact support@zerakisoaps.com to explore available shipping alternatives.

  • If the total shipment weight exceeds 6 kg, applicable shipping charges may be levied regardless of the total order value.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated or displayed before order completion.

4. Free Gift Policy

Free gifts are applicable only when the order meets the criteria of the relevant promotional offer.

If multiple free gifts are added to an order due to a technical error, Zeraki Soaps reserves the right to:

  • Limit the free gift to one per order, as applicable under the relevant offer; or

  • Cancel, modify, or refund the order where necessary.

5. Right to Cancel or Hold an Order

Zeraki Soaps reserves the right to hold, cancel, or refund any order that:

  • Exceeds the applicable quantity restrictions;

  • Does not comply with the applicable order value or bulk-order requirements;

  • Contains incorrect or unauthorised promotional benefits;

  • Is affected by technical errors, pricing errors, or incorrect offer application; or

  • Is otherwise found to be inconsistent with our order policies.
